  • 1. How do I place an order?

    You can order directly through our website by choosing one of our fall décor packages—Showstopper, Grand Autumn, Harvest Porch, or Doorstep. Select your package, pick your delivery week, choose any add-ons, and checkout online.

  • 2. When should I place my order?

    We open orders for the season the first Monday of August at 7 AM. Spots are limited and sell out quickly, so we recommend booking early.

  • 3. What areas do you serve?

    We serve Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY and surrounding areas in Central KY. If you’re outside our standard delivery zone of Lexington, KY or Louisville, KY contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
    Louisville: $25 delivery built into price.

  • 4. Do you offer custom designs?

    Yes! Our Showstopper Collection is fully custom, designed around the size and architecture of your specific space. If your needs go beyond our standard packages entirely—unique architecture, multiple locations, or a large-scale event—contact us for a custom quote.

  • 5. Do the packages include set-up?

    Showstopper, Grand Autumn, and Harvest Porch all include full professional design and installation. Doorstep is drop-off only, but you can add Professional Design & Layout for $75 at checkout.

  • 6. What if I want my pumpkins picked up at the end of the season?

    We offer End-of-Season Pickup as an add-on service for $85. Choose a pickup date before or after Thanksgiving, and we'll collect your pumpkins to donate to a local composting or pig farm.

  • 7. How long will the pumpkins last?

    With normal fall weather, pumpkins last 8–12 weeks. To help them last longer, keep them out of direct sun and avoid letting them sit in water.

  • 8. Where do you source your pumpkins?

    We work with local Kentucky farms to bring you fresh, high-quality pumpkins and gourds.

  • 9. Do you decorate for holidays other than fall?

    Right now, we specialize in fall Pumpkin décor, but we may expand to winter or holiday porch displays in the future.

  • 10. Do you decorate backyards?

    Yes! Please choose Backyard Delivery at checkout for a $75 fee, and we’ll style one spot in your backyard with seasonal décor.

  • 11. Can you decorate my storefront or business entrance?

    Absolutely! We create welcoming, seasonal pumpkin displays for small businesses, offices, and storefronts, as well as apartments, condos, and townhomes, Airbnb and short-term rental entrances, real estate closing and client-appreciation gifts, and housewarming, birthday, and seasonal gifts.

    Whether you're welcoming customers into a shop, greeting guests at a rental property, or looking for a memorable client gift, our Showstopper Collection is especially popular for commercial entrances and events, while our Doorstep Collection makes an easy, ready-to-give option for smaller spaces and gifting.
